Work-Live Extended Family Residence

This schematic design was prepared for a client who intended to have a residence for his extended family members. It took different stages of development to fully please the client by providing his needs and wants and solve all the other issues acurred. 

The design attempted at resoliving very problmatic project from many aspects. The program was very complex considering the privacy issues, desire to provide store front commercial spaces at the main street level, site space limitations and orientations, and last but not least, the desire to proivde unusal logistics like ground tank for water, the topography issues and its impact on the required basement parking and accesses.
